Thank you for visiting The Natural Nursery website.
We are a family run business, specialising in organic, natural, sustainable and ethical products for families with young children.
We strive to only offer products that we can be proud of – we have tested all the ranges that we sell; many are products that we used while our daughter was a baby and others are still in use now, such as natural toiletries from Weleda, organic clothes from Frugi and Green Baby, the Ergo Baby carrier, instant organic vegetable gardens from Rocket Gardens, beautiful books from Barefoot Books and our growing range of reusable shopping bags.
We take customer care and security very seriously. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us, our telephone numbers are 0845 890 1665 or 01392 499 394.
We are usually available to take calls from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday though please be aware that many of our staff have young children so there may be days where childcare commitments mean that we are short staffed, so can’t answer the phone straight away. Do leave us a message though, and we will call you back as soon as we can.

Our online payments are securely handled by SagePay (formerly Protx) and Streamline, part of the RBS group, PayPal and Google Checkout.
We do not handle credit card information from online transactions.

Nous sommes situés à Exeter, dans le Sud d'Ouest de l'Angleterre. Nous pouvons expédier la plupart de nos produits à tous les pays de l'Union Européenne.
Votre commande sera expediée en courier aérien par Royal Mail. Les délais d'acheminement varient, comptez environ une semaine.
La participation aux frais de port est de £7.95 pour des colis vers les pays de l'Union Europeenne.
Nous tâchons de répondre aux emails dans un délai de 24 heures, du lundi au vendredi.
Retours & échanges:
Si vous n'êtes pas satisfaits de votre achat, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter. Vous pouvez retourner votre commande dans un délai de 30 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande pour un remboursement intégral. Les produits doivent être état neuf (emballage, notice d'emploi, non portés). Les frais de port de retour sont à votre charge. Consultez les conditions générales de vente.
Certains articles ne peuvent être expédiés qu'au Royaume-Uni soit en raison de leur poids (lingettes) soit parce qu'ils sont disponibles auprès des distributeurs (MotherEase).
