For your security and peace of mind, on-line credit and debit card payments are processed by a secure connection to Protx or GoogleCheckout and PayPal and at no time do we have access to your credit card details.

If you prefer, you can telephone us on 0845 890 1665 to provide us with your card details.

Ordering

Our store departments are listed in the left hand menu, use them to browse our store.   To place an order, simply specify the relevant size/colour and quantity required and click on the "Add to Cart" button.  You will then be directed to our shopping cart facility.

If you would like to view your current order at any time, simply click on the "View Cart" link at the top of every page.  This will also allow you to amend your order, before proceeding to checkout.

You will be contacted by email with full details of your order.

If you prefer, you may place your order by telephone and give your credit card details at that time or send a cheque (sterling only) for the amount due.

No contract for the sale of any products on our site will exist until your order is accepted by us dispatching the goods to you and by us sending you an email to confirm the existence of this contract.

If we discover that an error has been made in the listing of an item on our site, including but not limited to the the description or price of an item, we will inform you and will discuss the situation with you.  We are not obliged to complete the order and you will be given the option to re-order the item with the correct price / description.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch order to you as quickly as possible - if you order and pay by 1pm, we will normally post your order to you the same day, using Royal Mail.   Our charge for this is £3.95 and you should expect to receive your parcel in 2-5 working days.

If you would like your parcel sooner than this, please choose the courier/express delivery option and we will send your order to you by FedEx next working day delivery.

Please note: some deliveries to Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, Scottish Offshore Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands may be sent using Royal Mail.  This is due to the vastly increased charge levied by couriers companies - approx £15-20 per parcel.  If you have any queries, do email us before ordering.

We aim to only display items which we have in stock, though occasionally stocks sell faster than we anticipate.  We will place any out of stock items on backorder and send them to you as quickly as possible. You will not be charged any extra postage for this.

Items can only be dispatched on receipt of payment; in the case of payment by way of a cheque, we will post on clearance.

You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched - we will use FedEx Courier (please note that in some remote areas, the courier service will be 48 hours).

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving notification that your parcel has been dispatched, please contact us so that we can investigate. If you do not notify us within this timeframe or fail to respond to any Royal Mail or courier cards left at your address within 5 days your parcel may be returned to us. In this circumstance we can only resend your parcel upon payment of an additional postage charge, up to a maximum of £3.95.

Postage

Our standard postage rate for UK mainland is £3.95.  For UK mainland orders valued at over £75 our standard delivery service will be postage free.  If items are returned for refund, bringing your total order to less than £75, any refund granted will be reduced by the standard postage charge.

If you require your order urgently and you are on the UK mainland, you may opt for Express Delivery which costs £6.95.  Subject to stock availability, orders placed by 12noon will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery, via FedEX 24 hour courier.  Please note that Express Delivery orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday and orders placed after 12noon on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

EU Postage Rate: our postage charge for all EU destinations is £7.95.  Please note that certain items cannot be dispatched to EU destinations, such as Mother Ease Nappies, Wraps and accessories.

Sizing

All clothes and nappies are put into categories according to their sizing but remember that babies (like the rest of us) come in many shapes.   

Discounts

Discounts are some times offered but are subject to suspension at any time.  One discount may not be combined with another (with the exception of postage discount with any one other discount).  We reserve the right to refuse any order that uses more than one code at a time (with the exception of postage discounts).

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with our products; please advise us as soon as possible if you are not fully satisfied with your order.

If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the items unworn/unused, complete in original packaging with tags attached and ready for resale, within 30 days.

Please note that we will only refund postage costs if the items are faulty.  It is your responsibility to obtain a proof of postage receipt from your Post Office as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

If you are returning goods from outside the UK, please ensure that you mark the documentation/packaging to clearly show that they are returned goods, otherwise any taxes or duties levied will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the value of the items that you have retained falls below our free delivery level, we will deduct the cost of our standard delivery charge from any refund given to you.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in particular you should note that the Distance Selling Regulations apply to orders made over the Internet. 

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Free Gift

When the value of your order reaches £40 (not including postage) you will receive a free gift.

Should you return all or part of your order for a refund, and the total value of the goods that you have kept falls below £40, you MUST return the free gift, in its original condition or the value of the free gift will be deducted from any refund made to you.
