Basically, a side sling is a simple loop. To put it on, put your head and one arm through the loop, rest the shoulder pad on your shoulder and then slide your baby in; it only takes seconds. This makes it ideal for use around the house.

Standard - fits average-sized women.

Standard Large - for couples where two different sizes are needed

Large - this size is 5 inches larger than the standard Usually for people over 6ft in height, over 15st in weight, or with a chest/bust over 42in.

Extra Large - mostly for large men.
