Loyalty Points

Here at The Natural Nursery we are a small but growing company and we would rather spend money on good quality products and excellent customer service, rather than expensive advertising.

That’s why we like to say thank you to our customers with our loyalty points scheme.
You earn points every time you shop with us – for every £1 you spend, you will receive 1 point.  Each point is worth 5p off your next order.

We also have regular bonus loyalty points give aways – sometimes to our newsletter subscribers, sometimes for our fans on Facebook or Twitter fans or for customers who have written reviews on our products.

Loyalty Points Terms and Conditions

1. Loyalty Points are awarded on the basis of 1 point for every £1 spent on products (not postage or delivery).
   
2. Discretionary Loyalty Points are awarded from time to time.
   
3. Each Loyalty Point is worth 5p and can be collected to use against your next order with The Natural Nursery.
   
4. Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable.
   
5. No cash alternative is available.
   
6. You must be logged into your account to earn or redeem your Loyalty Points – we cannot retrospectively deduct or add Loyalty Points to your account.
   
7. Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code.
   
8. Terms and Conditions relating to Loyalty Points are subject to change.
   
9. When purchases that have earned or have been made using Loyalty Points are returned for a refund, an adjustment for the value of the Loyalty Points will be made to the amount refunded.
