How to Redeem Your NapNap Voucher

What is a NapNap Voucher?

It is a gift voucher that can be exchanged for washable nappies - if you have been lucky enough to be given one as a new baby present, you will be pleased to know that we accept them at The Natural Nursery.

If you want to buy one as a gift, you can purchase them at the NapNap site.

To Redeem Your NapNap Voucher

Browse our selection of reusable nappies and add your purchases to your basket as normal.

1. Checkout as normal - when you put in your delivery details, you will see a box underneath called “Comments” - please type your NapNap Voucher number in here so that it can be verified.

   The value of your voucher will be refunded once it has been verified when we process your order.

   This will mean that your order is processed quickly and you will receive a confirmation that the value of your NapNap Voucher has been refunded to your credit card/PayPal account.

2. Alternatively, before paying for your order, you may send an email to info@naturalnursery.co.uk with your NapNap Voucher Number, name and address and we will send you a unique gift voucher code (to the value of your NapNap Voucher) that can be used on our site in (part) payment for your order.

Don’t forget:

The value of washable nappies/wraps you buy MUST be equal to or greater than the value of the NapNap Voucher - you can add lots of other lovely things to your order too.
