What happens if I don't like the items I have ordered?
We love the products that we sell and want you to love them too.
If you are not happy with something that you have purchased from us and it is less than 30 days since you bought it, please let us know and we will work out how to put it right.
If you want to return an item because it is not what you were expecting, you don't like the colour or it doesn't fit, please make sure you keep it in its original condition, with tags on and in its packaging; in these circumstances we can only accept returns of goods that are in their original, resaleable condition.
What happens if there is a problem with the items I have ordered?
If there is a fault with a product that you have bought from us and it is more than 30 days since you bought it, contact us and we can discuss the options. All the products that we sell come with warranties and guarantees, so we will be able to offer you an exchange, a repair or a refund, depending upon the circumstances.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us before you return anything so that we can work out the best way forward. The best way to do this is by emailing us at info@naturalnursery.co.uk but you can call us on 01392 207 243 if you prefer.
Please include a note in your parcel with your name, contact details and your order number - we need these details to process your refund. If you let us know what the problem was, this will help us to stop it happening again.
If you are returning a item because it is faulty, we will refund you the cost of second class post. If you are returning an item because you don't like it, you will need to pay for the return postage.
Please remember to always obtain your free proof of posting certificate from the post office.
