Hi, just wanted to say thanks for the ergo carrier and infant insert. I tried it for the first time today when I took my 3 week old baby girl to the doctor's office and it's super comfortable on and she seems to love being in it!!! I'm even wearing it at home to rock her to sleep and so I can have both hands free to do things!

Thank you very much for arranging to send me a replacement of the bag, it IS a great bag. :-)

Also, I would like to let you know that I tried the Ergo baby carrier I ordered last night, it's amazing! I had a Baby Bjorn one, which looks very posh but it hurts my shoulders and back a lot and I don't think my baby feels comfortble in it either. This Ergo carrier supports the baby so well and the weight is evenly distributed so I think I can wear it for a long walk. I would recommend this to all my mother-to-be friends.

I'm also so glad that I ordered the Sucking Pads to go with the carrier, for the first thing my baby did in the carrier was suching the straps. :-)

Just a note to say that I received the new bottles yesterday morning, just one day after you sent them. 

I think your customer service is one of the best that I have ever encountered and cannot thank you  enough for your prompt service.  Because of a accident with her bottles, my daughter was down to two bottles and we were worried that they might meet with an accident also.

The Ergo arrived this morning and it's fantastic!  I don't know why I waited so long to get it - my baby is five months old and the Bjorn was getting very uncomfortable, but she weighs nothing in the Ergo and is blissfully happy in it.
