I have purchased twice from your organisation and have been impressed by the following attributes each time: excellent customer service and product knowledge- I have spoken to your team several times for guidance in product selection. Efficient service : my second purchase arrived the next day. Competitive pricing structure: your points scheme encouraged my repeat business and I was able to purchase my second item at a good price. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchases and not only have I reccommended you to friends I have also chosen to repeat purchase with you over a competitor I recently purchased from also. I think that tells you quite a lot! Regarding product feedback, we love our ergo carrier! It's everything we were hoping for! Distributes weight well, easy to put on single handed, and my son who hates being too hot has found it comfortable enough to be in sling on tube and fall asleep! The sucking pads are fantastic too! He is teething and loves them! The two pack is definitely worth having! Less happy with the rain cover as it seems fiddly to put on so may well be returning this if you have other alternatives, but we love our baby legs. Great for layering so that our baby doesnt get too hot and can be whipped off quickly on the tube if needed! Overall we are very happy customers so far! KH March 2011
I am THRILLED with both my order and the service I received from Natural Nursery. I live in the Channel Islands and it is normally such a pain to get stuff here. Either online shops want a super premium for posting here or they just simply don’t. Imagine my surprise and joy that you actually had a button for Guernsey on the online form, posted here extremely reasonably (£2.50!!), took VAT off the top (THANK YOU!) and my parcel came in two days! I would like to say that I have been so impressed with the customer service that I have received. My email was answered very quickly and I was offered telephone help, which I took up as I had a query with the nappies I had ordered. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and my problem with the nappies was resolved. The nappies are very reasonably priced - the ones I ordered were one of the cheapest online, and they were despatched quickly. Your website is nicely designed and easy to use. Thank you for providing a great service. I did return to order a second lot nappies and I will most definatly recommend you to all my friends. Hi, just wanted to say thanks for the ergo carrier and infant insert.
I tried it for the first time today when I took my 3 week old baby girl to the doctor's office and it's super comfortable on and she seems to love being in it! I'm even wearing it at home to rock her to sleep and so I can have both hands free to do things!

Thank you very much for arranging to send me a replacement of the bag, it IS a great bag. Also, I would like to let you know that I tried the Ergo baby carrier I ordered last night, it's amazing! I had a Baby Bjorn one, which looks very posh but it hurts my shoulders and back a lot and I don't think my baby feels comfortble in it either.
This Ergo carrier supports the baby so well and the weight is evenly distributed, so I think I can wear it for a long walk. I would recommend this to all my mother-to-be friends.
I'm also so glad that I ordered the Sucking Pads to go with the carrier, for the first thing my baby did in the carrier was suching the straps.
